There should literally never be a 0-0.5 elixir or decimal point elixir cards in Clash Royale. It Just Makes Cycling Even Faster and more broken. Decimal points are also just cursed
I think a rage spirit would be cool. And no it's not the same as normal range. What it does is he actually jumps to the closes friendly troop and that friendly troop will have a 65% damage for 15 seconds
The sacrifice is a decent concept but extremely unbalanced in the favour of the user (free king tower activation) I have two alternative concepts for zero elixer cards First is the Sentinel who’s a troop that attacks friendly troops and does increased damage against crown towers. That way it would discourage people to activate their king tower with it. But it could also be used to take hits from enemy troops since it’s technically your troop. Your own cards would still be able to defend themselves against it. (Probably give it a yellow health bar) Second is the elixer barrel which takes inspiration from the April fools barrel and the elixer golem. Place a 500hp barrel anywhere and it just stays there for 30 seconds. When it is destroyed by the enemy it grants them 2 elixer. When it dies from old age then it spawns two elixer clods who fight on your side (and when those die it grants the enemy 1 elixer).
I had a concept of a legendary card similar to the headhunter (or as i call it, an adaptation to CR, since wallbreakers arent the same in CoC). The headhunter in my version is that she attacks throwing poisoned cards, but she deals twice the damage to the first target she faces upon deployment. this would make her versatile since you can play with her deploy point and deal a lot of damage to any enemy tank troop, almost like a PEKKA for low elixir cost (obviously for the first target she faces, as i mentioned)
@@BrainDeadCRI already thought of an alternative: a troop that fights against the user. I once saw a video about TABS where a modded troop does exactly that. The sentinel has high health and high damage but it only targets friendly troops, the enemies still attack it. Something like that would probably work as a 0 elixer card if you tweak the health and damage
I saw a video on why a zero elixir card would be too ip even if you took damage because cycle decks would be the most over powered because if you had a champion on the field you could play like a hog rider 2 one elixir cards the zero cost one and then have another hog before the first even crossed the bridge
True that. I feel like there could be some way to make it balanced though if you got creative enough. Cycle decks are already buffed bc of evos too tho so I see that
tbf you could make the exact same argument against champions. and against elixir pump. and against low cost cards in general if a 0 elixir card were to be bad for you (ie a Spirit that gives the opponent 1 elixir), wouldn't that be functionally identical to spending 1 elixir? (the opponent now has a 1 advantage, and can use that elixir to cycle back to a defense). what's actually the difference here
The 0 elixer thing is cool but heres the thing, if you can cycle like that something like 1.4 cycle would become even faster and things would get out of control, also the wizard should be an inferno wizard not an inferno electric one because then that undermines the e wiz which supercell wouldn't go for
