Ans 1. Six points must be written in Partnership deed - a. Partners Name & Address b. Firm Name & Address c. Commencement of Partnership d. Contribution of Partners e. Interest on Capital f. Interest on Drawing g. Profit Sharing Ratio Ans 2. In Partnership, Partner can share only profit in their written ratio, but not sharing loss. This is eligible while a partner is for profit type.
