My special needs son says there was a class 40 #261 in the Railway Series story Bowled Out where a class arrived on Sir Topham Hatts Railway and said the steam engines were out of date and time consuming to get ready but got his comeuppance when he sucked an inspectors hat in his air pipe and broke down.
