Classic Albums Live - AC/DC, For Those About to Rock (We Salute You) 

The gang from Classic Albums Live were at it again at Massey Hall performing the AC/DC album Highway to Hell. I’ve seen piles of these shows, but this is the 1st time seeing them try AC/DC on for size. Trying to replicate the vocal stylings of either Bon Scott or Brian Johnson is a pretty tall order, so I’d say the singer tonight generally did fairly well. Was he a perfect Bon or Brian, no, but he was close enough that you get the general vibe intended and he certainly brought the attitude & energy to the role for it to be entertaining. The crowd, myself included, seemed to thoroughly enjoy the show, often up on their feet dancing, cheering, singing along, etc., so I’d say mission accomplished. The rest of the musicians were awesome as usual, including the pipers who were out in the 2nd half for a brief moment.
