NC-17 is actually more inappropriate rating than R because NC-17 aren't in theaters, I guess. And NC-17 means that NOBODY under 17 should watch these movies and R rated means that under 17 must be with an adult to watch them.
@@MinePlush That's not true! An R-rating allows under 17s to attend a film with accompanying parent or adult guardian. An NC-17-rating would prevent those under 17 from viewing the film.
