Classic Caillou can't find anyone who wants to be a troublemaker with him, and is very upset about that. However, this won't stop him causing trouble somehow, and in a new way, too! This video was extremely annoying to make, as Wrapper Offline kept corrupting the video whenever I tried including German TTS voices from within the program. I managed to get them to work by adding them in during editing, but it's not perfect. Still, enjoy!

When his voice change to German, I speak German myself, and basically he said, wait a minute, did you put something in my drink to change my voice? And then when classic Caillou explain why he did it, and to enjoy it, Caillou said, absolutely not, my brother, this is not funny or cool. And then Caillou added, do you know how much these voice changing potions cost? You are grounded until I get my voice fixed.
