I thought both Norwich's goals were offside. The first is closer, but the second you have Barnes (who's offside) running in front of and then standing / blocking Hladky's eyeline as he strikes the ball. Also think the Referee failed to award stonewall yellow cards to Norwich players on multiple occasions and even potentially let Barnes away with a straight red for a very late and shocking stamp on Morsy...a challenge he didn't even get a yellow for!
I thought the same too, had to rewind and pause on the first but definitely off. Also the initial overhead kick looked high on the Ipswich defender. Not surprised neither were given though, considering the state of some of the officiating in the Championship.
Looked a real exciting game to watch. And I mean an exciting watch. Ipswich were direct and willing to attack. I’m a Leicester fan of 52 years (watching that is), and although we are top at the moment, I have been subjected to watching unentertaining, negative dross at times. If only we could play with a little style and in an entertaining way, our supporters wouldn’t be leaving 10 minutes before the end…..

Yes it is a good point because we had three shots on target and two went in. Rowe got two goals. An academy player. Up until the last two weeks were on a radical slump. Four first teamers injured. You are top of the league. An away point would be celebrated against Leicester. We defended and soaked up your possession and didn't collapse is in a month ago - and were clinical. It is a good point and apart from that, it is celebrating that Norwich have not lost at Portaloo Road since about 623AD - cheers. Enjoy the second half of the season. 🙂

Ipswich will be kicking themselves for missing those first half chances. Norwich were clinical with the very few chances they created. I was impressed with Norwich’s pressing and defensive organisation in the second half.
They actually weren’t that good Ipswich been the better side than Norwich Ipswich had more possession on the ball and created more attacking opportunities than Norwich in games you need to be attacking opportunities to prevent 1 point draw’s defensively Norwich weren’t that good and neither attacking wise either so I think the spell of Norwich always beating Ipswich could come to a end when Ipswich beat Norwich at carrow road cause Ipswich definitely can beat Norwich since Ipswich has proven to be a much dominant side compared to Norwich

TBH the 2 promotions were good - and you Tractor Boys look good for it this season - but as a City fan I missed our rivalry since Daniel Farke did the wink at Lambert, it's good to have a bit of needle 🤣🤟🔰😁 please don't go down to league one again or it may be 140 years wait instead of 14 lol 🤪
Should have been an easy 4-2 at least... the chances that were missed shouldn't have been missed, at least came away with a point I guess... very frustrating, at least Leeds didn't close the gap at all

@@matthewchurch7050 to be fair I didn't mention that one as our 1st goal could well have been deemed offside too with Woolfy coming back from an offside position and affecting a defender, albeit he didn't actually play the ball so I reckon we can contra those 2 off.
