Max, I grew up in a home just like this in Henrico . It definitely needs some updates , but nice structure house. Henrico county is filled with tri-levels such as this home. One thing plus in a tri-level such as this, there’s not many steps to go up or down. Its in between a ranch and a true two story where the stairs have many steps. LOL! This is doable 😅. Thanks for showing this home.
Good evening, Mr. Williams! Beautiful home. The backyard is the perfect size for entertaining and it's fenced. Thank you for the video. Have a great evening!
I must say at that price. This is a very nice home to buy. Those wood floors are beautiful, like the bedroom sizes an basement I'm this place. Thanks Max totally enjoyed the tour. ☺️
Ooo, this is my style everything, I am feeling at home, I love it! Oh how I wish we were able to purchase right now and get something like that where we are, but I'm counting my blessings where we are, and I look forward to an opportunity like that someday. 👍🏽🤲🏾🤞🏽🌞🤲🏾
Be sure to let me know if you need a good agent in your area. There are some amazing programs available but they are often not advertised very well. Thanks and enjoy your evening.
What's up Max this is Tyrell that met u at the Jamaican jerk pit....u were absolutely right about the food because I ended up going back the next day lol. Stay blessed brother.
Okay Max, This Home Definitely Needs Upgrading. I Believe this was Built in 1960 or 1970's. It's Solid Built, $300,000 a little High More like $250,000. Great 😃👍 Video.
This is a byproduct of what was popular at the time these homes were built as well as cost and style of home. Some things are also regional differences such as basements. Many homes here don't have basements compared to homes further north. If you go south into North Carolina, you will see much more brick than you do here. I am not sure there is just one solid reason for the differences.
Theses are normal secondary bedroom closets. The primary was semi-walk in. Sometimes I don't open closets in occupied homes. This one was not a staged home. Thanks
