Very moist chocolate muffins with a rich chocolate flavor, a simple recipe loved by both adults and children.
For the ingredients: (use a tea glass for measurement)
- 3 eggs
- 1 glass of sugar
- 1 glass of oil
- 1 glass of heavy cream
- 2 1/2 glasses of flour
- 2 packets of baking powder
- 4 packets of cocoa
- A pinch of salt
- A generous handful of chocolate chips
(1 glass = 1 cup )
Follow the steps in the video.
Baking:
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Place paper liners in a muffin tray, fill each liner to 3/4 full, then sprinkle with chocolate chips for extra indulgence.
Bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
