I’m half Sicilian and half Calabrese (born and raised in Canada), and this is exactly how my mom makes tiramisu. She never uses egg whites because we all prefer a richer and heavier cream. I’m going to try making my own savoiardi cookies from scratch next time. 🤗

Buona sera io il tiramisù lo faccio con crema pasticcera e panna, naturalmente unendole faccio la crema chantillye comunque viene buono, lo faccio cosi per non rischiare con le uova crude è una cosa mia, però il vero tiramisù italiano si fa con le uova fresche e il mascappone. Un bacio da Napoli 😘😘😘💙💙💙💙
