About to take my exam, this helped a lot for a refresher. 10-10 would recommend

I have been watching a lot of cooking shows on the food network and I feel they don't go into the details of the importance of cuts. Having experience in the kitchen and now just starting to experiment with my own creations, this is very useful to learn the basic cuts that make dishes both appealing and tasteful. Thank you for showing me new techniques that I can take into my kitchen without the expense of being taught by a professional in their kitchen.

its really hard to find straight carrots in the stores these days, to make these kinds of cuts possible . The environment nazis probably banned the toxins that make them straight.
