CLASSIC SUGEE CAKE 

Hello Siva, I baked this cake yesterday - followed your exact instructions and it turned out perfect- moist and delicious. It’s my husband’s fav cake and I’ve never been able to get the recipe just right - but now with your clear instructions, I can make this cake at any time for him. He tried it and really enjoyed it. Hi Siva I just made this cake , I soaked the batter for 30 mins cuz I didn’t have time It’s in the oven now , will update how it turned out ❤ (some recipes also suggest that we can soak the semolina with milk first)

In your demo written shows 11/2 cups evaporated milk but written used is 1/2 cup. Cake consistency is important. Now which one do we follow. Regular bakers no problem to adjust but what about the beginners.
