Chris it's always a pleasure to view your videos. Who would have known how your two vocations would tie so closely together. Amazing. Watching this video has once again renewed my faith in people who love the most loveable car ever produced, and with love such as this the People's Car will always be with us. I SHOULD keep my ole 1965 when I was young teenage ( yes kiddo!) I had good memory. If I had YOU TUBE and metric tools 🔧🔩 during my 1960's, it would be big difference. Chris, many thanks for different posts!👍 and wish ALL Happy Holidays!!!
haha yeaah in the minute 2:16 thats a mexican Bug from the factory in Puebla the last plant that proudly released the beetles in 2004, Saludos from a Bug lover in Mexico.
right on mate. Long live the "bug" and thank God for all that restore (not customise) the living legend. What a simple but perfectly designed people's car.
@brighteyefilms hey, I own a 1993 bug and its not in a very good shape so i'm thinking of upgrading it. But i dont know if i want to go for a neat classic style or a more "pimped" style ( wide tires, stereo, chromed parts, etc...) What style would you think it will look better with this particular model?
The early 55 is nice and all but it would have been better if he actually drove it to the show....I was always turned off by the trailer queens. The 67 at 7:00-7:20ish is my personal fav.
WOW, you are WAY off. Since when do you have take the body off the chassis to take the motor out? Really piss poor design? Then why was it the number one selling car in history?
you just don't know what you're doing. if you can't chill out then you shouldn't be driving a beetle, beetles aren't ricers. go buy a honda and see how great that will work out for ya. has far has the interior design, if you had a creative mind you could make it looks like a show car. thanks for stopping by :D
I use to have Super Beetle, probably the highest power one. The total lack of power and annoying put put sound really, really starts to grate on your nerves. You can't look cool in a bug. Its claustrophobic inside, and the spartan cheap interior gets very annoying. If the engine were easily removable and easy to work on, I'd give the car high marks for being indestructible, but the truth is you have to lift the entire body off the car to take the engine out, which is piss poor design.
