I heard Wendy Padbury talking about this at a con recently, and she said they'd only choreographed the one move in The Mind Robber but the director decided they needed to fill some more time, so they just kept on doing the same move XD

The Doctor's first companion was his Granddaughter Susan Foreman, her teachers Ian and Barbara assumed The Doctor's surname was Foreman too, it only ever occurred in the first episode
