This video uses a simple example of measuring a person's weight to explain the assumptions of classical test theory, how it can be used and its limitations.
I'd suggest you to add the words "True Score Theory" to the title or the video description. At least my text book mentions that this theory is called both. I searched with "classical test theory", though. :)
