You're right, its quite bad, the only thing that is good is the character designs. He put more effort in the design than the reaction and I saw some videos that doesn't have that good designs in each characters but was still much more better than this video because, the main point is their reactions since this video is about "reacting to a specific topic".

While some of them doesn't reflect their own personalities in the anime while the reactions aren't good, but I do still find it a good video just not that good but in terms of design its good enough.

Actually who knows... This creator just straight up didn't really explained what time line it is like the other reaction videos of Cote. This creator just directly made something random without thinking much even some of them has its own personalities which is out of the character in the anime. While its reaction isn't that good since some of them should be expressing more on a shocked facial expression, but instead of that, this video creator only added that shadow affect at part of their faces which means it could be sorrow, despair, or inner conflict. (It could have been a great reaction if the creator just put more effort in the expression of their reaction since that's the main point of a reaction video while his choices of edits and dialogues also reflects this video.)
