I still can't understand why we can't stop offering pensions to new government employees as a way to discourage people from waiting for government jobs. India has already implemented this change. Instead, we could set up a fund similar to the Employee Provident Fund (EPF) for them.

Dananath this is not a good solution. I agree with the thing that the government have plenty of office asstense. Dananatha you can't easily make them go. You have to have a good internal exam system if you want a higher salary you have to pass the exam. And it must improve the government sector.
