For real though, frollo was literally the most evil villain Disney ever turned into a cartoon. He literally murdered, tortured, abused, and sexually harrased people all in the name of service to a holy power. Completely twisted. Modern Disney villains don't even come close.

Him and Gothel would be the ultimate gaslighting squad.

A little fun fact: there's this Japanese game called Twisted Wonderland and they made Frollo a twink. He tried to kill Maleficent's grandson

Fun fact: Both gargoyles and grotesques have been attributed with the power to ward off evil spirits, guarding the buildings they occupy and protecting those inside. They also provide the site with symbolic protection. Often frightening in some aspects, they represent monsters inspired by fantastic bestiaries, wild or domestic beasts, and even mankind. They're often meant to be like God himself is watching over the place so when the gargoyle snarled at Frollo and then proceeded to yeet that bitch, it was basically God saying "Fuck you, burn in Hell" (They do have a physical purpose which is to drain rainwater to keep the stone from being damaged by excess runoff, but that's less interesting)
