Jay Lee hit the nail on the head, Armon didn't roast Al, he read him for filth 😂😂. This situation is like a reality show, the best I've seen in a while.

This is BY FAR the most rational and sensible response to this TGIF debacle I’ve seen. I don’t care who shaded who, who was talking about people behind their backs, whatever… WE the viewers should not have knowledge of what’s going on internally between the hosts or at the job. And for that, I blame Claudia. And I go hard for Claudia but I’m disappointed that she’s allowing her emotions and mouth get in between her and her bag.

I agree. Claudia is the moderator, which means she is there to guide the conversation. As an audience, we should never know what emotional state is unfolding behind the scenes. 1. Armon is in the wrong for overstepping professional boundaries on air. 2. The production team is at fault for approving or ignoring the written roast. 3. Claudia is at fault for openly sharing her negative opinion of her colleagues in a public forum when she should keep workplace situations private. 4. They all were at fault for compromising the cease and desist letter agreed by Fox. In my opinion, the on-air personalities' reputations have been compromised. Production has failed to hold oversight on written material. The show has become the subject. Fox Soul has been placed in a legally compromising position. There are just too many liabilities!

How u gon blame Claudia for everything, i watch this show everyday and Al been sneak dissing claudia, mentioning her being too old to have babies, just sneak dissing her and openly been disrespectful to armon, calling him a "boy" like its 1937. Armon is a whole grown man in his late 30's who knew wtf he was doing and im a THOUSAND percent sure some of the shit armon said, wasn't from second hand information that he got ..he peeped the shit himself, most of the comments that are usually said about Al is that he doesn't like black women and we see how he over talks Claudia, he cuts her off mid sentence every other episode..and that be most of the viewers issue with him ..who's to say he hadn't been talking about claudia to armon..that's why armon called him two faced in the roast ..we don't know , so to sit up here and blame Claudia is ignorant

Is it me but I don’t understand. Who wants to continue working with someone that you’re actively beefing with and you’ve admitted is trying to get you fired? It doesn’t matter if you make a cute check on the show if they’re trying to get rid of you. I agree. Everyone is extremely unprofessional. They’ve imploded their own show by exposing themselves.

I'm starting to have serious doubts about Claudia's credibility. First, she said that Al was having side conversations with Armon trying to get her fired. That makes no sense whatsoever. How can Armon, who has been there less than 6 months, get anyone but himself fired? In a live, she said Tasha K doesn't know what she's talking about & that she hasn't talked to TK in a while. She then tried to insinuate that Al may have called TK & told her stuff. If TK blabbed that both Claudia & Funky spoke to her, why would she not say Al did also?

I took the trying to get us fired means Al called Claudia said such & such about Armon, and that he’s going to HR/production about Armon. Then he called Armon and said such and such about Claudia; and that he’s going to HR/production about Claudia. I didn’t take it that Al thought either of them had the power to fire, but moreso, let me team up with someone and produce enough evidence in hopes that the other person will be terminated

I feel Claudia's frustration. I'm definitely Team Al, but I do kinda feel for Claudia. However, she really shoulda stayed offline. Had she stayed out of it, the whole thing would be between Al and Armon. All Armon would've had to do was a fake apology on the show talking bout he went in too hard, my bad... and I think it woulda blown over. Claudia escalated things trying to defend herself and throw Al under the bus.

Al not gon say nothing because he's probably being advised not to. I watched Al's show, and he definitely has enough to file a legal case. Al said on the show multiple times that if you cross him, he's not gon yell. He's not gon blast you on the internet. He's gon hit you where it hurts (legally, he's going after your pockets).

I think Al been the biggest problem the entire time. If you watch that show enough and for long enough, you can see he does not hide or control his emotions good at all. I've always thought he was problematic. He came at Armon immediately, he went off on Heavenly..etc. He can be so damn disrespectful on camera, so imagine how bad he would be brewing closed doors.

And 90% of what Armon said in that read.. cause that clearly wasn't a fun roast.. I knew about so I KNOW there's other Soulmates that knew. One example of Al supposed to be the facts guy but he hardly ever gets it right with facts. I've commented on that probably 30 times over the last 2 years. If you read the comments on that show ppl are taking about all that stuff that was said. It wasn't secret.
