Do you know why the crane will pick up and work normally, lift the knobby balls but stops. It doesn't return home. It has a code 01. Thank you!

Usually it’s a bad switch, or wiring is disconnected at the switch.

what should the voltage be where the claw wires into the machine? and what could it be if the voltage isnt getting there

24v or 48v depending on the machine.

I have a toy solder the clawdoesnt go down all the way to grab the balls. How do I repair and do you have a tutorial for removing the casing on the claw unit

Hi, I have a elaut cosmic crane and the claw isn’t closing I checked everything from fuses to circuit board and I’m not getting any vaults from where I connect the claws cord.

Figure out of the power supply is putting out the proper voltage. If not, possibly adjust it or it's bad. If voltage is good, test it going down the line until you find where it stops.

I have a question: I have a clean sweep claw machine and I notice that once you play the game and it returns home, it slightly glitches then returns to normal. Any thought on what might be causing that random glitch

Your best option is to Google the service manual. Go through the troubleshooting guide to see if it's an easy fix.

Hey man, I have a Prize Time Deluxe from Smart Industries 2015. The problem is that when the claw picks up a price it goes all the way back up and then immediately releases the prize and goes back to home. Any recommendations?

Looks like I had a few issues like this. A loose connection at the board or the gantry was the problem every time. Let me know if that gets you going.

MattyMo's Arcade I did move the machine in a box truck before it started acting weird so it must be a loose connection somewhere. I’ll let you know!

Got the claw figured out! Loose connection I guess. Now the dip switches won’t work to changed the price and stuck on 25 cents when I had it on 50 cents lol
