This is great. I was just sitting here playing a clawhammer version of Cripple Creek on a new Ozark Banjo Co. Banjo that I just bought yesterday in Mt View Arkansas, and this popped up in my feed. 😂 Is RU-vid listening to me?!?! (This is from 4 months ago, and it just popped in my feed)
I don't know what Georgia style actually means but Josh has syncopated way of articulating skip notes that seems uniquely his. And it sounds awesome. Heck of a banjo player.
POV- your tied up in a 14 foot flat bottom boat with a old 5 horse evinrude and your killer is sitting facing you and playing this before you take a forever dive into 8 feet of water.😂😂😂😂😂😂
What model banjo is this? It’s the exact tone I’m looking for. Such a beautiful sound and playing:) thank you for the video and I hope to hear about what banjo it is
Thanks! It’s actually a banjo I built a while back, so unfortunately isn’t one you can get anywhere. It’s strung with Aquila Nylguts, which is part of the tone that you hear.
