I have one pot which my friend gave, in Tamilnadu even today people use these regularly. We indians always have a tradition great scientific thinking but due to modernization people believe new things rather thinking about our own heritage. Nice that you showed all these once again 👍👍

Thank you for sharing the clay pot shopping. Bhumi ji I have been using them for couple of years and had issues to maintain them . First three pots got cracks during cooking after 3 times usage . Now I am using a black coloured clay pot . Luckily has not broken but the oil ooz out. I am really looking forward to your reviews after a month or two . You probably know that you need to keep the bartan separate for milk , dahi , dahl . Otherwise the particals ooz out and spoil the taste . I have been using a thick sarbloh ki kadahi ( pure iron) as well for better iron consumption. In case you use it plz share your experience.
