To be honest, i'm a guy and i cry not that easily, but THIS kid got me really good. He believes that his dad is a superhero ... oh my... :/ *sinks the teeth into a fist!* I had tears in my eyes. This kid is way too cute to handle, man!
I honestly get why Logan said that to him. I haven't been in his shoes but it's hard to process something like that even as an adult but especially as a child. That your parents just left you for a long time (especially after your other parent just died) and then they come back expecting you to forgive them automatically.
this is fair.. i kind of was in logans shoes.. and it is not right of a parent to dissapear for many years and then come back and expect forgiveness right away!
I wonder if his grandparents hid the pictures of Clay because they did not want to answer questions about Clay. But TBH I found this whole storyline off, it doesn't make a lot of sense that he blocked out his own son for so long. I get that Sara's death broke him, but seriously its his son!!!
Now that I am rewatching it after studying social work it actually makes a ton of sense. It’s sad that he forgot his son, but fugue state is real. He blocked out everything that reminds him of her. With Sarah being buried in close by Tree Hill, or in Tree Hill. And her parents living there. I think he moved out of Tree Hill after her death, as part of his brain telling him to Find Logan. But his brain was not listening.
Clay should have identified that he lot two people that day his wife and his son ,because his PTSD made him block out what was too painful to remember , but clay wasn't the only one who lost two people that day he lost his mother and father but he was able to find his son. For his son too have walked away like that he must have felt unimportant to the story that he was sad about losing his mother but not about forgetting about him not say that he lost two people but found and got one back....
Logan’s acting was really well done in this scene. You could see the pieces starting to fit when Clay is Talking. The betrayal and Pain in his eyes were so clear and well done, especially after Clay admitted what he kind of knew deep down.
Don't know how I've missed so much all these times I've seen this. Were they saying that Clay was wondering around trying to remember Logan? Also, does anyone know why Sara died, was it due to her pregnancy? I guess that would make sense as to why Clay pushed him out of his mind
Why was Logan staying the therapist guy? Shouldn't he have been in a foster home or something? I didn't see the season from the beginning, so I never understood that part.
