She’s claiming how disgusting it is knowing it probably just got left outside, but yet let her baby chill on the FLOOR in the dirty ass water and grease filled driveway! 😬
I sold one of those for $30 in that condition 😂 I found it in a house we were paid to flip, so I sold it super cheap because I figured someone willing to put an hour into cleaning it would love to have a super expensive stroller they might not be able to afford.
@@geekmythsQuarantining doesnt work, bed bugs can go into a dormant state. Freezing doesnt work for the same reason. A lot of bed bugs are also immune to pest sprays. As the other person said, you have to use heat. Youd have to fully steam the entire thing. You can't steam the top for ten minutes and then go steam the bottom for ten minutes, because the bed bugs will move from the top to the bottom and vice versa to escape the steam. It has to be all at once. Or burn it.
Y'all! babies around the world are on the grass, dirt, sand, and floors all the time. Calm down, it's not hurting the baby. Your kids need to build immunity, their environment shouldn't be sanitary all the time. Some dirt, water, and soap isn't going to hurt them. Calm down😅
Keep an eye on that front wheel! I know a runner who had his little boy in that type of stroller. The front axle broke, the runner fell a$$ over teakettle, and the little boy face planted on the sidewalk.
A lot of strollers have a way to snap off the entire upper assembly. You can slide out hard boards and such, too. Then you can also run it through the dryer to be sure any creepy crawlies are dead and gone.
@@lovenbball22 I prefer to hang dry mine to preserve the longevity of the stroller, but the condition that thing is in, I'd risk the dryer to make sure there are no bugs. An hour on high heat will even kill bedbugs.
OMG! "Baby shouldn't be on dirty pavement!" "Eek! Baby could fall into the bucket and drown!" "Get a strap so the stroller won't get away from you and roll down the hill." "Lay a blanket down so Baby isn't on the ground!" Geesh!! Do you wanna build an air raid shelter in case of a meteor strike also?" My God! You can't put Baby in a bubble and expect him/her to learn any type of coping skills!
Just know that babys immune system is most likely strong as hell if she puts dirt in her mouth often. Thats why people who are helicopter parents & dont let their kids play in the dirt or get dirty get sick frequently. Weak immune system
I love how she let her baby play on the ground when she washed it. Everybody in the comments talks about how disgusting it is. It's not! it's good to let your baby get used to the surroundings and build up immunities. It's not like she said it smelled like pee or anything like that. Dirt is not bad. I let my kids play in the dirt all the time and they turned out fine. I played in the dirt all the time as a kid and I turned out fine.
😅🤣😂 ALL these 'Sissys' about the baby on the ground. We ate mud pies, climbed dirty trees, Fell off our bikes and rubbed dirt to stop the bleeding till we got home, ate yellow weeds and 'Never' sick 😂 builds up immunity, thats why these kids now cry about a 'paper cut' and peanut allergies 😂
Lmao they were actually taking care of the citizens, you delusional, the things got so bad in the whole world because countries like Canadá and the US, where there was not control of anything.
The US was the epicenter of the global pandemic because Americans didn’t give a shit about making their own family sick, something similar happened in Canada!
I love how other people too just spray stuff down. It’s raining a lot where I live and when our puppy pees on the porch we just chuck water on it. Rain will finish the job. On the other hand our elder dogs food bowl stand was filthy so I just scrubbed it down in the shower.
I wish you the best of luck! I know what it is like to fall out of a running habit and it is such a shame to do so. Baby joggers are a great training tool: they will make you a powerhouse if you use it frequently.
So I had a baby covid era too. I swear any place they occupy always ends up with so much dust/ debris…like where does it come from? My car is no longer clean for long periods of time. His car seat accumulates such debris and the back seat where he’s at. I bought that stroller to run too bc I was an avid runner as well. One thing I can say it wasn’t as easy as I thought. The tires would deflate often and it was hard to run with a baby. I was pushing a weight horizontally in addition to pushing my weight. So I just stopped I couldn’t do it. It was a lot. But yeah this was my experience.
I bought the same stroller from someone I knew having a garage sale for $40 because same. Not dishing out $200 for a stroller. Glad she cleaned it up though. I still cleaned it again for my own sanity lol
The comments acting like a child that age can't exist on a concrete driveway are wild to me. Y'all either never had children or are some of the worst helicopter parents I've ever seen. Even my paranoid overprotective neighbor let her kids play outside on the driveway like why is this even a thing we're discussing
I washed a stroller like this and a couple weeks later the back support part break on half, because there was some material inside what didn't want all the water from hose 😂 ended up throwing the whole thing out.
You can actually take it apart and throw it in your washing machine if it's easier to take it apart and throwing your washing machine then scrub it like that if he's probably like that it's not going to come clean I would take it apart cuz it does come apart and you can put it in your washing machine and it works better if you put it in your washing machine to clean it
@@kellybraun5013explain why you feel using a stroller is a lazy American thing? I honestly cannot think of one reason pushing your child in a stroller could be remotely seen as lazy. And I would like to mama is very clear that just because it may not be common in your culture doesn’t mean you get to shame it.
Not worth it. Buy a new one for your baby, that's just gross. As baby proceeds to play in water from "disgusting" stroller. That's enough internet for today.
If you have more than one kid....you lack the time I'd bet. Soap, water, and a little time solve a whole lot of things. I purchase "dirty" things that are not broken. Soiled clothing, clothing that has come apart at the seams, tools that need oiling, I haven't bought a new vacuum cleaner in years. If you have a screwdriver, most of the ones out at trash pickup actually work IF YOU CLEAN them out. My grandmother who survived the depression, would understand.
This little one is supervised, but normally toddlers shouldn't be near five gallon buckets of water. Toddlers are very top heavy and they can easily topple in head first and drown. And great stroller!
Pls don’t lie, the pandemic here was not as strict as in other countries and we basically made a joke about it, don’t leave the country like a mean girl and then talk bad about it behind her back
Shaken baby syndrome can occur from as little as 5 seconds of shaking. Shaken baby injuries most often occur in children younger than 2 years old, but may be seen in children up to 5 years old. When an infant or toddler is shaken, the brain bounces back and forth against the skull.
I understand people sell things when they don't want or use the item anymore. But why would you not give it a wipe down/vacuum or something before posting it and trying to sell it? I personally would feel embarrassed if I sold something that was super dirty when it just needed a clean...I get kids are messy but you could have given a little effort before selling it to someone else when you know their baby is going to get in it.
i hope its just feeling as if this video is giving the wrong message but.“Because why would i pay 200 for it” yet “its disgusting”,all this talk..If you can afford a new one good for you,If you can only afford a used one good for you, if you can afford new but you choose to buy used good for you, But if you are gonna talk down please leave it alone..There is some mothers who can not afford let alone a 50 dollar one. Children are dirty surely, its apart of life but if you give it some tlc, you clean it well by hand wash it 2 times maybe in the washer, cold for one and warm if you can for another round. it will be fine..If you are a mom who is putting her last few bucks into her child and babies living, You are doing great.Don’t let this video rub you the wrong way.
