@@vdensborn because its so sacred to indigenous people, and they do so much praying before picking the sage (some people don’t know how to pick it properly) and they then use it during ceremonies, praying, cleansing and as a coping mechanism its not encouraged by us. a lot of people also dont burn it as indigenous people do, its not meant to be bundled up, tied up, and burnt the way most people do.
