This was one of my favorite makeover shows. I loved Niecy Nash.

I loved this show. They truly helped people move forward in their lives. Every episode there is always an underlying reason for the clutter. But once they do some digging to find out why the people let go and start fresh physically and mentally.

I use to love this show! I agree, they need to bring it back.

What is the point of asking her to grow up and then giving her the most childish hideous green walls?? 😭 They could've done a nice soft mature pink or just something neutral and let her fill the room with her own pink accents. I can't believe that choice was from a professional designer. He must've been getting back at her for giving her mom sass because no way he thought it looked good. 😂

Mark is a terrible designer, that green in the girl's room is ugly as hell.... even painted the ceiling green, tacky! I don't blame her for not liking it. The pink was better especially for a girl's room. Most of Mark's designs on the houses he do is tacky and not worthy of him calling himself a designer, what a joke.

I will never understand what made them paint that girl room that ugly shade of green! 🤦‍♂️

The teenager is right , if her Mom isn't going to clean the house and keep the house clean than she can't really get mad at her daughter for not cleaning her bedroom and keeping it clean, as a parent you are the one who sets an example for your child or children

That green is atrocious. I’d have to repaint it maybe lighter shade of green pastel green. But everything looked really nice beyond that

I feel really bad for the daughter. Yes, she's being a brat, but she's been raised in an extremely cluttered environment by a mom who doesn't clean up, doesn't throw away, and doesn't parent. It's no wonder the daughter acts the way she acts.

My mom is like this’ll in this episode. Except she has 4 kids but was a friend more than a mom to ONLY the youngest. No wonder the youngest got away with the most bad behavior

37:25 This used to be one of my favorite shows growing up, but after watching this episode, I can’t help but feel a little bothered. They made so many accommodations for the mom, and then did the 17 year old girl so dirty with this horrible green-screen color for her bedroom! I’m sorry, but I think it’s quite cruel and unfair to take this girl who has clearly been through some trauma, about to graduate and says she will be commuting and living with her mom during her college years, and I couldn’t give her the one thing she wanted-a PINK ROOM! The whole episode this girl makes commentary about how much she loves pink and doesn’t care if it’s “juvenile,” because it’s her thing. And then at the end of the episode, they have the gall to criticize and rolled her eyes at her because she doesn’t like the color. They could’ve been good designers and created a collegiate bedroom with more ‘refined’ shades of pink.

Paige is a super PAIN. She really needs friends to come over to “hang out.” keep making excuses for her mom. Man, I couldn’t stand that kid. What a brat..

That green room is....very bright, and it gave me a headache 😫 i couldn't imagine saying that i like a color and then they go on the opposite side of the color spectrum and go green 😩 also looking bad on these shows, i can see how fabricated reactions were lol. The other thing that bothered me is they called them childish and immature 🫠 as if liking cute and kitchy things makes u less of an adult 😩 i want shows like this to come back and I'm here for it, but i would also like for a designer to sit down with the people and design what they want. And not what the designer thinks is best for show or whatever

That green is too green! Too harsh for a girl who likes pink, and too much for such a small space...why couldn't she have a soft pink which would look mature as well as comforting? I can imagine how one would wake with a shudder if you open your eyes and that green is the first thing you see.

My favorite show during the pandemic!

The crew from clean house has a lot of patience. If I hosted that show and a person's house have a lot of clutter and they don't want to get rid of junk I feel they love clutter and I would get my walk on let it stay like that. I would ask them why call and don't want to get rid of the garbage. I don't understand how someone could let there house get so cluttered and the ones with grown kids I would suggest to put them out
