I stopped wearing makeup a couple years ago, and I never really wore much before, but I find that I feel the way about my skincare products that others do makeup. And I still watch every one of your videos because you have such a lovely presense and always make me feel good no matter what I'm going through. 💕
I wish there was a faery emoji cause it's always how I feel when I watch you do makeup. Lovely as always. And thanks for doing products most of us have easy access to! ✨💖👌🏼✨
That's basically a look I personally enjoy every day - glowy, natural, minimum effort. I get the being torn between should I or should I not feel that wearing makeup is vain. I share your thoughts - I'm simply enjoying the process. For me it's like my personal me-time, act if self care. Sorry to hear you're not feeling that great. Sending you a hug sweetie 🤗
I agree with Wolf Moon and Rhian whole-heartedly. I used to worry about the "vanity" of a makeup/ no makeup struggle. When I challenged this, I really felt that I enjoyed the pure process of applying makeup. It is very zen for me, and feels like a healthy self-care ritual for my me-time mind each morning. Self-love
So nice to see u after a tough couple of days. I can't do a lot of the things u do like concealer/powder under the whole eye and baking but I can't stop watching bcuz u r super. I'm 47 and have some lines under my eyes. I wish we did these things when I was younger tho. 80s/90s were awful but fun makeup. I did the black Debbie Harry eyes. Love her. Xoxo
You look beautiful, as always. Thank you for your tutorial. I enjoy them so much. Never feel vain for taking the time to make yours feel good, ready & prepared. I went through a funk & stop wearing makeup for a while. When I started again, all the girls at work had to gossip about it. Clearly nothing better to do with themselves. I wasn't out to impress anyone. I did it for me. If I am not well, I'm useless to everyone around me, so it's not being selfish looking on for yourself. Get well soon!
....."chase the darkness around". Girl, not enough product in the industry for this ol' broad 😞 Love the natural look and will check out the BB. Thanks for caring enough to provide links to help our world community 😘
Dude I've felt that way for so long!! I was battling between is makeup too vain then I was like fuck it!! I love the art of it. But that reality definitely helped me be more simple and editorial.
I dont know if you would consider this or would be able to do this, but would you ever do a video with all items you used to use that arent cruelty free and create the same look with the cruelty free items. Like a cruelty dupe look i guess. Love your content and you lady! ♡♡
I do love a simple but polished look! The Milani Prep, Set & "Glow" powder is awesome too! It's not shimmery at all, just a beige translucent powder. It's seems like it could be a dupe for the MAC Mineralize skinfinish natural powder, though I've never owned that (and never will). I've heard that the Tweezerman Lash Curler is amazing, but it's just an extra step that I've never made the time for. Thanks so another great video! ;)
can we have a full coverage video with ur fav stuff?! Like what you wear in your videos etc (but idk if you wear full coverge in your videos cause your skin is already so flawless! lol)
I have the shiseido lash curler and I feel like my eyes are a bit smaller and flatter and I feel like it hugs my lash line perfectly! Maybe give that one a go? I've tried others but this one is the only one that fits my eye shape!
I dont like to wear a lot of make up. I only wear the wet n wild hilighting or elf hd concealer concealer and the wetn wild make up stick to bronze, which I got cus of u n I like them, thank u! But what can I wear to also prevent my t zone from getting oily n all shiny? Should I just put on a setting powder or spray?
hey Rhian! if you're having trouble finding a lash curler that fits your eye shape, I suggest measuring the curvature of your eyes and look for curlers most similar to that measurement; this is a super helpful guide (unfortunately not a lot of the curlers listed are from cf brands ://) www.reddit.com/r/MakeupAddiction/comments/2r4rfs/eyelash_curlers_in_numbers_measuring_their/ also, i was wondering if you will be trying the stellar beauty or fenty beauty foundations anytime soon?? both are vegan formulations from cf brands, although i'm not sure if they've been vetted by Logical Harmony yet. i'd also love to see a review of the Kirsten Ess haircare line, which is sold at Target - they respond to emails super quickly and I got confirmation they are cf (no animal testing done by suppliers or on their ingredients/products at any time by any party or parent company) and all of their current products are vegan!
The Shu Uemera eyelash curler sounds like it might be your perfect lash curler for your eye shape. There is a special eye lash curler for just small parts of your lashes. www.shuuemura-usa.com/Eyelash-Curlers/accessories-eyelash-curlers,default,sc.html Also note, I was surprised by your sneeze. When I lived in Britain people were horrified by a sneeze out loud. I had to learn to swallow my sneezes.
