A simple way to clean fuel injectors My TikTok account vm.tiktok.com/... my account on Facebook www.facebook.c... My Facebook page / mechanic200 My group link on Facebook www.facebook.c... To support the channel
you are aware the calibration of this injector is now completely up the left not only by stripping it down but by all that aggressive banging on machined surfaces and sanding the main spool needle just because diesel squirts out doesn’t mean it performs as it should
Using the highest standards of cleanliness and precision measuring, disassembly and reassembly tools an excellent job is done of not reconditioning these common rail injectors!
Ive been reconditioning injectors for 30plus years and there is no possible way that engine ran fine after they were attacked like that video shows. No lapping of faces Wet n dry to polish parts When "tested" it "atomised"at an incredibly low opening pressure and was dribbling/leaking fuel out. Again....no way that engine ran fine on those injectors after being buthcherd like that. Holy shit is all I can say
If such aggressive way is to clean the fuel injectors, then how are we to control man made climate and darken polluted air a cleaner environment, I think these mechanics and engineers are not at all aware of the clean air and atmosphere.
Oh get of your high horse, the guy is working with what he has got. He even says on one of the other comments his circumstances Only enable him to work like this.
Any suggestion on reading materials that teach the best rebuilding process? I've searched Amazon Books and didn't come across anything. I'm trying to rebuild mine, and RU-vid seems to lack a lot of info on diesel injector rebuilds. Thanks!
Apparently Indian back-street auto mechanics have an immense topological resistance to chemical toxins but limited supply of gloves and microfiber cloths ?
It may well be that the engine with these injectors ran again afterwards ... but certainly not, as the manufacturer aimed for! Why for heaven's sake rub around with sandpaper on parts that are made on Micron, I don't understand. Gloves? You can do it, but you don't have to ... are only petroleum derivatives! Hey, with all the love I have for craft activities, but the number here is something from the horror cabinet ... please add the heading with "You shouldn't do it that way!"
thank you brother u done a good job for cleaning of crdi injectors and i have a doubt that is how much voltage is given for injector testing please inform me
what the technician does is a simple cleaning of the injector, he is not repairing it. I don't even check the control valve. An interesting video for those who are entering diesel electronic injection. but a long way from a professional job of remanufacturing an injector
I am not pro or against this procedure. Obviously the environment is not that clean and the tools are not that high tech but what I can say for sure is that what you are seeing here as a leakage comes from return port of the injector. So the drops of fuel come from return port of injector not from nozzle... My opinion ...
Finally, there is someone with a positive view of work If people knew the conditions we live in, the lack of possibilities and the high cost of living Yes, I work in a simple and primitive way because of the difficult conditions in my country My country is full of conflicts, problems and lack of services Even the Internet is intermittent, and the interruption may reach more than a full month My country, Yemen, is going through its most difficult conditions without electricity, services and a shortage of medicines I'm working to be able to Thank you for this nice comment and your words are correct. Diesel drops coming out of the return hatch
This is why RU-vid needs to put the dislike button back. Ill bet some people will think this is ok, but injectors are no joke and have very tight tolerances.
same thing, i use dc 12 v 5A attach to arduno board, to make sure i had check with scope before attach to an injector, than inject hand hp pump, unlucky broke my injector selenoid...should not...i dont know why...
Engineers need years to develop a good working injector and then there is this dude who cleans it with WD40 and sandpaper. I bet the car didnt run at all after that "rebuild"
This must be a troll video. Everything seems wrong here. From washing hands with gasoline to the way he hammers the injectors and polishing internal parts. I wouldn't put those on my car for sure.
Obviously no one Commenting about toxic chemicals and etc doesnt know what its like to live in one of those broke ass places to understand how high in the important list cleaning his hands with diesel is to this man or how important exact tolerances are for that matter. I bet them injectors work better after "cleaning" them lol
Circumstances forced us to work this way and not take precautions in handling materials and diesel without wearing gloves Lack of capacity and lack of services And the conflicts in my country
I took an injector off to clean it and now the car is not starting, all the injectors are not spraying, there is pressure in the rail but the injectors are not opening. Help me please
My car is Ford range trekker model 2010. It was recommended by repair shop, to replace 4 enjector, but only by swapping. How much the 2nd hand ejector? How about the new? Ty good eve.
You can pick up working used injectors from a scrapyard for not very much. New injectors are expensive. You will need to program the ECU for the new injectors after you install them otherwise the engine might not run right (I used FORScan (free software) when I replaced the injectors on my Dad's Ford Transit).
I don't think so, the carb & injector cleaner doesn't contain foam...it's like there is a mixture of detergent...I also want to know what kind of solvent to use
ч-чистота. главное в работе с топливной. фильтры по 2 микрона там...все такое. я в ахуе от работы на картонке и отсутствию ультразвука, но в целом интересно конечно
