Stellar job on this sad house. It was even sadder to see the electric box and the air conditioner torn up and ripped apart. That was once a nice house. Great contribution to the neighborhood.

Kudzu is a nightmare! It averages a foot a day during growing season. I saw wisteria vines too.

When you mow or weed eat, why do you cut it down to the dirt? You do a good job, but you ruin the grass/lawn.

I wouldn't own that house. With it setting below the houses around it. And not sure I'd the basement area had a coating of sealant there would definitely be flooding problems. The run off of the neighbors would prove that. Plus the electrical box outside was ripped from the outside wall, which could indicate that either copper theives stoled it, and if not done internal damage to the wiring. Hate to think of all the damage in the house like black mold maybe asbestos, and a host of other problems that would cost the earth in this time to make it livable. It's really a shame that someone bought that house new and time took its toll with the added abuse from the people that lived there. Mother nature also took her toll. Sure hope someone who has the money can completely redo it and turn it back to the way it was.
