As much as I was looking forward to a motivational video, I wouldn’t want it under these circumstances. It was hard watching this, I couldn’t enjoy because of why your house was in this condition. I had so many thoughts in my head, I wonder if you even want to stay there after all this. I feel like I wouldn’t, I probably wouldn’t even sleep in my bed. I am thoroughly disgusted by these people, whom ever they were. I am sorry Jessica, I am glad you face things and you voice your feeling it’s, very healthy and healing. I hope whatever transpires in the future that things will be what you hope for, and you will finally feel yourself again and be happy. Maybe you’ll throw an amazing celebratory party getting past all of this, I can look forward to that cleaning video and feel joy as I watch you clean your self into a new chapter a completely new one! Just a heads up... if people went through your things while you were gone, make sure you cancle credit cards and any thing that can be compromised by going through you mail and paper work. Take care. 🥰

I’m so sorry you and your kids went through this, you don’t deserve any of this. although it’s still fresh, I hope that sharing this experience can allow for some level of healing for you and your family. I know it’s been said a few times, but I really would suggest that you get a trusted friend or r family member to help you sweep your home for hidden cameras and/or listening devices. From everything you’ve described, it sounds like this man is more than likely to put something like that in your home to keep tabs on you.

I work with DV survivors and he is a narcissist who loves control. Can’t believe he did that to the mother of his kids. Definitely check for hidden cameras & devices. I had a client hire a private investigator who uncovered a bunch of hidden cams and wifi controllers…insane what lengths crazies will go! Stay safe hun!
Cats dislike bitter smells like vinegar or citrus. You can place some kitchen towels with lemon juice or vinegar on your countertops. Maybe it'll work. Our cats also weren't a fan of platic bags because they're loud. So i used them also in places where i didn't want our cat ^^
They have some really cool activity sets to keep the fur baby occupied. I saw a video that says they need constant activity. Reduces the naughtiness! Lol.

Girl put your sprayer on "mist" and spray her with water. It's not mean. Lol that's how I trained my kitten and do not give her treats on the counter. It encouraged that behavior. I'm so sorry about your home! Hang in there girl. ❤
Personally, I would never allow a cat on the table or the countertops. Definitely no treats there. (Don’t give too many treats, cats put on weight easily & it’s hard to get it off.) As the other poster says a spray mist will quickly deter a cat from jumping where she’s not supposed to go. It doesn’t hurt them & quite quickly just showing them the mist spray bottle will do the trick. Worked for me many times.

To keep your adorable kitty off the counters I would suggest you “catify” your house. Get a cat post, some floating shelves, and some areas just for them but up high

So sorry for what happened to you. Don't trust your ex ever. Get a security lock for your front door and your office. You punch in a code and that's how yoy open your doors No key needed! Keep your kids and you safe. Check your house. For any kind of device that shouldn't be there. I remember him stealing money from you, he hasnt changed. Be safe Jess. He's a fox in sheeps clothing. From one who has gone through the same thing. Do what ever needs to be done.

Get a cat perch. Or do what i did, i didn't want that look for my aesthetic, so I bought a tall thin bookshelf but a good sturdy one I propped it against our patio windows. Cat thrives and loves being up high.

Internet sis not saying this would happen and I pray it never does, but did you thoroughly check your Home for cameras or any voice recording videos because at this point that narc done clearly lost it😳🤦🏽♀️not being weird or anything you just care about all of you. Redirect the kitty to a different spot when she gets on the counter! They want/need perches, so give her somehere else high up for that safe feeling to give treats on exclusively! Gently but firmly putting her on the floor every time she gets up there will help, as well.
@jessica_tull_ this happened to a neighbor of mine some years ago where I use to live, and I was right there and he told the officer he needs to lock up his home, officer wouldn't let him go back but he asked can I go in & get his keys & lock his door n I did & gave him his keys. They have to allow you to lock your home or if no one's around, you can ask the officer to lock your door. So sorry that happened to you. 🙏🏽🤗

Cats don't like citrus smells. You can add orange essential oil on the counter. Next time you eat an orange or lemon let her smell it. You will see how she hates the smell and backs away.
I think it’s so wrong that he was allowed to stay in your house while you were arrested and banned from your own home even though he was not a resident! He should be arrested for what he did to your home and someone should get sued for allowing him to be there in the first place! I am sorry you and your kids had to go through this!❤❤❤❤
Misa needs stimulation! I don’t see any cat trees. One or two trees would be great for her as she is what’s called a “jumper”. Also scratching boards are lots of fun & they come in all sizes & types.
Jessica, I've been watching you for years and I absolutely love your content and spirit. But I have to come here and also ask that you truly listen to the warnings from your subscribers. This man seems extremely narcissistic and dangerous, and people like this tend to reach points of going to unfathomable extremes that can't be undone. If you don't get your home professionally sweeped, please consider a new and VERY safe home, with extra security for you and your babies. In the long run, you'll look back and be glad you did. Cat's are very smart all you have to do is constantly keep telling her no no in soft voice and she will automatically stop jumping on your counter top. So with the bleach that you are using in her litter box , stop using that it's not healthy. Use hot soap and water. When put her litter in her box put armor hammer baking soda in her litter and mixing in real good. That will keep the odor down. 😊BLESSED Day.
Do you have an alarm system? If you do not get one, because they will contact the police immediately, when your alarm goes off, if they do not hear from you.
Def get that restraining order asap. I wouldn’t even let the kids go over his house anymore either. Something is wrong with him having people in your house and letting them go through your things and take your belongings.
My heart just broke seeing your closet... I was imagining how I would feel it if it happened to me. So violated. And girl, you have a right to feel bad about losing your expensive possessions.... because you worked very hard to be able to afford those. I would never let anyone get away with this. Ensure your safety, move if you must... and get a restraining order from that lower ex of yours.
It looks like he had his 'girlfriends' over and allowed them to help themselves to your stuff. I hope you can press charges. He deserves hell and so much worse for what he's done to you.
Just keep putting her back on the floor every single time. Stay consistent, don't pet her or give her attention when she gets up there, just pit her back down. Also don't give her snacks or any food on the counter. She will eventually learn. Just be consistent about counter tops or tables.
