Zeinah I am so so proud of you. I have been watching your vlogs for a good while. You are not alone in this. I go through these phases of binging and ordering takeaways and then the house being messy and then I feel I am stuck in it with my surroundings being messy. Isn't it a viscious cycle!!! The best thing I have tried over the past few months to avoid all of this is doing everything in moderation. I watched ur previous videos where you said u had been walking a lot everyday. Maybe that's what burns you out and you just feel like resting for the next few days. Instead I would suggest you to invest some of the time you go out walking, to cook meals and store them in the fridge. And attempt to do this atleast Monday to Friday. Leave the Saturdays and Sundays for your takeaways. I am sure u r doing all of this but sometimes it's the mental block and as soon as that's released things get better. No matter what it is ,just start ur new day as a new beginning and remember the almighty is always merciful and doing everything right in his eyes is all we need in our lives. Again m so so proud of you and your kids. It doesn't matter to me if I do not see everything that is happening in your life because from whatever I see on your channel ,I know you are a woman who is trying her best to do everything right. I also struggle with mental health as I have clinical severe depressive disorders, so depression 🤪 I am in a slump right now and know that cleaning my house would help so much, but hyping myself up to do it is not happening right now. Your video could t have come at a better time for me.

Mental health is real and difficult. Totally relate esp being in this situation ..get a cleaner atleast monthly or even 3 weeks. Will make a diffe3nce 1 thing off ur list. I've done binge buying takeouts and it's because we all know the issues we r dealing with sadly.

Its so amazing after we clean It’s really a shame that we really don’t anyone to come to our house when it’s a mess we have to make it perfect for when people come around even though we have children, like we have to be sorry that we let our children be children and actually live in the house let them make a mess what’s up with that’s, why does family have to be so judgemental why does everything have to be sparkling ✨ when they come around we need a break from that kind of environment…. I know how tough it can get, I went through a divorce and it was so difficult and you have those tough weeks but it always passes Alhamdulillah and it keeps getting better and I pray it will get better much much father for you than it did for me ❤️ I used to read a lot of Salawāt and still do whenever I’m not feeling great and it always makes me instantly feel better.
