After taking repeatedly spirituality retreat am literally feeling very light , 7-8mnth ago I felt suffocated and now completely like a butterfly, I did nothing just watching @bkShivani sister's vdo whenever I got time, I even don't know how to meditate now am learnt from her vdo before 7mnth ago I woke up 10am and slept 3-4am now am sleeping 10am waking up at 3am certain discipline on work coming very fluently I become complete Vegetarian😊Many thanks to sister

Di, Thank you so much for this information. Recently, I did a blunder with my friend who became close to someone else. Due to my jealous, I told unwanted words in front of her close friend.
