Excellent point, Leif. Very well put. And I would add that not only is the car's condition like a metaphor for how GM treated Pontiac, but also how GM treated their customers. If a customer needed something from GM that wasn't in GM's best interest (e.g. covering rental car costs when one of their warehouses was on strike), the customer got the corporate yawn 'n' shrug from GM. "Your problem, not ours." This from a company worth billions.

I have a few questions but I’d first like to tell you that I’ve come to really enjoy all your videos on both channels, having found myself with a lot of extra time on my hands while recovering from a work-related accident that occurred last December 7, 2021. Keep up the good work! First question: When do you expect to be doing detail jobs in your new building? Second question: Do you plan to eventually build a home on the property or will you remain where you’re living now? Third question: Do you currently or will you be recycling the water that you use in your detailing business?

I bet even the Detail Geek looked at that one and had a nanosecond of doubt, but yet again, another amazing transformation. Shame we can't have before and after smell-o-vision too, bet that was one of the biggest improvements with all those mouse droppings! Great job.
