3:23 hayyybo someone really needs to gimme a straight answer about the scrapping part, growing up we THOROUGHLY wash it, but we don't scrape it at all. I recently noticed that people scrap mogodu till it's white and I'm not for it.
Ohhh...my family usually cleaned it till it's sparkly white. Never knew that the greyish part still edible. We always thought that's filth that need to be removed
Why all this fuss, u just run the tribe under cold tap water until u satisfied it’s clean, remove access fat(optional) cut it. Add onion, garlic, 🌶 (optional), beef cubes, teaspoon of curry powder ( optional) let it cook in its own juices by putting high heat then after 30 min reduce the heat let it cook slow...later u can add 💦 bit by bit until fully cooked😋
Actually there are many different parts of tripe on a cow. These animals have 4 stomachs and they aren’t identical. Many different parts for the stomach of the cow. Enjoy tripe!

Can I put it in the washing machine first? In 🇯🇵 they do that to get rid of slime from 🐙. I'll make sure to substitute clorox bleach with undiluted salt & vinegar instead.
yes. My mom usually puts it in crock pot with the lid on and cook it for several hours so the seasoning and other things will soak in but also to get rid of the smell mostly
