We've been cleaning a number of ranks in the Solo-Great division on the Midmer-Losh organ and this video features the beautiful English Horn that plays on 15" of wind.
Each pipe was carefully disassembled for cleaning. Shallots were cleaned and the faces of the shallots made perfectly smooth using very fine sandpaper. The tongues were also carefully cleaned.
The bodies of the pipes were washed and stripped, then given a new clear-coat to protect the zinc and spotted metal.
William Capaldi, who voiced this and many other ranks on the organ, left copious markings on the shallots and bodies of the pipe indicating exactly where the pipe was originally regulated. We took great care to return the pipes to the original voicing marks.

I have a hope that you can spread word about Anna Lapwood an organist from the UK. She's done a lot at Royal Albert Hall in London. Please invite her to play your Organ.

I could swear I've seen those resonators somewhere before. Now, where was it? ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE--zNSQmS2gls.html Seriously, what a satisfying feeling it must be to have this noble rank looking and sound so fine. Thanks for a job well done, Nathan, Brant, and Nick (et al).

Fraser Gartshore, Paul Fey, Balint Karosi are all RU-vid organists capable of giving a lot of exposure to this instrument
