Thank you for helping this busy mom. The adult/parent in the room needs to step up once in a while and clean child's room/toy room. They get too overwhelmed and cant even figure out how to play at this point. My daughter realized this too once she had her kiddos.

Ohhhh maaaahhh gosh! I’ve got four girls and this whole “before” looks very familiar. The only way I’ve found to combat the mess (other than struggling with the kids to clean their own stuff) is to have LESS. I know it’s easy to say, but after fighting back and forth with my kids for YEARS trying to teach them to take care of their items, it finally dawned on me that they had a really hard time because they had TOO MUCH stuff. For my girls they take care of their items better and the items they do have mean more to them. We frequently clean out, clear away, and donate items. My youngest (who’s is a fifth grader) has learned that I won’t buy anything new for her unless she’s willing to get rid of an item she does not use. One-out-one in rule. But this doesn’t always work with everyone (my husbands side are collector hoarders- so my kids got that gene). But my side are neat freaks. So you could imagine how that clash is usually epic. The other way we found to really help is to have excellent organization and to keep up with it. But it is hard. Being blessed to each have their own room is also a help. But for a lot of years they were squeezed into a tiny place sharing every inch. It’s infinitely more difficult to stay on top of things and organized when there’s literally no where to put anything. All this to say I do understand how rooms get this way. It doesn’t take long at all. Especially if you don’t spend a lot of time at home. Just like with everything else, consistency is the hardest part. Daily putting items away can be a struggle.

I love all those cleaning channels also! I also clean houses, so I learn new things from these channels. Mack is great and my name is Barbie, so I had to watch cleaning with Barbie 😉 I watched, liked and subscribed to your channel! Good luck! Look forward to your next cleaning job ☺️

I have subscribed, but not sure I’ll stay. Your cleaning and organizing are superb! But, the music. I’m the first to say that I have no taste in music. I love old instrumental jazz from the 1960’s. Now who else says that? No one! Music is such an individual and subjective thing. Please consider not adding music or just instrumental pieces. You don’t need to talk the whole time, just as much as you want to. The natural sounds of housecleaning and normal household sounds (ASMR) are very soothing to many of us. I’m just 1 person and there may be no one else here who agrees with me. I understand this is your channel, and regardless of your decision, I greatly admire you and appreciate what you’re doing! I wish you the very, very best! (I tried turning the speakers off, but the unnatural quiet of that action doesn’t help.). Another personal opinion from a free-cleaning videos addict: a bit slower on the playback speed would be nice. Overall, you’re doing GREAT! Keep up the terrific work!
