Here because of your interview with the minimal mom. I have chronic health issues and mental health hurdles. What you shared resonated with me so I came to see what you have to share.
This is exactly the video I needed today. I just got a new spin brush yesterday. I’m excited to clean with it, but I need to declutter my bathroom before I can try out the spin brush. I got it mostly to deep clean around my toilet bowl because I can’t bend over too long without passing out due to a hernia pressing on an artery. It has multiple brush heads to use for corners. I’m going to separate brushes for shower and for around the toilet. It’s easy to pop them off and disinfect them. The handle adjusts to as short or as long as you need it to. It’s one of the devices I bought in order to adapt my cleaning routine to work better with my disabilities. It’s going to be a game changer for me. I also have mobility issues and can’t stand for long periods of time. Your short cleaning routines are perfect for me. I use a stool on wheels I got on Amazon to sit on while I clean. It’s like one used by podiatrists. I can adjust the height and wheel it to any part of the house. When not in use, I can roll it under my breakfast bar or desk.
I'm so glad! I love gadgets that are thoughtfully made for those of us with pain or mobility concerns. And I love stools! I have them all over the house. I've thought about investing in one with wheels like you have, so it's good to hear that it serves you well!
These body doubling videos are so helpful, and I like how you time stamped the different areas of the bathroom so that if I only do half the bathroom, I can easily jump to the area I'm doing. Also love seeing your natural reactions because I can relate!
Hi Sarah, just a quick tip: you could put all of your products from the counter top in a basket or caddy, which will make it easier to take it all off at once, when cleaning. ❤
No, it's too soft, it just get rid of regular debris and soap scum. I've been wanting to order a long-handled, stiff-bristled grout cleaner for cleaning the junk in the cracks. I'll post a review when I can buy it.
