Emily this is the most uplifting example of common humanity that I've seen in a long time. Showing kindness, and understanding with a non-judgemental approach through one of your talents is absolutely beautiful. I am a mental health counsellor and I hear all the time how people struggle with their environments when they feel so broken inside. Sometimes people feel so much mess in their minds that they unconsciously put that mess into their living environments and can feel overwhelmed with trying to tackle it. Well done to you for being a strong influence in this ladies life xx
That’s why I love Emily… her heart is so pure and bright full of love and compassion. I follow her from the beginning and I have heard her first life story so I guess is one of the reason why she is so sensitive. Yes, it’s so true! As soon as you step into both my parents houses, you can immediately see the effect of mental health struggles 😢 for them it’s quite an achievement if they manage to look after themselves physically, personal hygiene etc, cleaning the house is just too much for them, not for lack of trying
Tbh I've always been on guard for people and them being judgy and I've been watching her for about 6 years and she's the nicest person I've ever seen. She's so thoughtful and sweet it's amazing. I won't watch another mom on here ever lol

Emily you handled this so brilliantly and with such sensitivity! The difference you and Matt will have made to this mum's life will be immeasurable! I loved that her kids room was the tidiest room in the house and that the lounge was literally overflowing with toys- she clearly puts her children above everything else. I waited to watch this video until I could sit down and give it the attention it deserves. I had tears for the poor mum, tears for the kids and tears for both you and Matt doing such a beautiful thing for this lovely lady. I hope so much that the help you’ve provided has supported her along with the tools she’d already started - the meditation, yoga and therapy etc - to give both herself and the children a new normal. So that they can celebrate her husband and their dad and she can smile again 🥰🥹✨

Wow, wow, wow! What a heartbreaking story..I complain about my family always leaving the house in a mess...but I couldn't imagine losing one of them! We really take life for granted...I'll try my hardest to never complain again. Thank you for doing this for such a deserving family ❤

Hi Emily. Well done on your new series. Ive been a follower of the American You Tuber Living with Cambria and she has been doing this type of video and service for needy people in her area. Its so easy to let housework slip if you are trying to cope with the many stresses of life. As a carer for my parents who both died during the pandemic I can so identify with being overwhelmed even with the simple things in life. Being isolated during covid without hardly any external help I ended up burned out physicaly and mentally. To have had someone like you or Cambria come in to give me a lift and an incentive would have been brilliant. Well done. Life can be so hard. I went from the fit houseproud person I was to someone who some days struggled just to get up. But I am trying to re engage with life and would also recommend just doing one little task at a time. I am vocal now at admiting I cant do it all and that yes I do need help. So again what you and Cambria do for these people is great. Ive appreciated all who have helped me cope

You guys are hero's taking time to think of others . What a heartbreaking story. Emily I would have put that toiletries trolly on the wall as the kids will tip it maybe. Aaaahhh.
Its logistically hard getting rid of things too, if its not being donated, then just ordering a skip/dumpster can be expensive and that can often put off people from doing that necessary purge. Its important to do regular purges of items you no longer need or use, so it doesn't get overly expensive to remove them.
Talking to us about how decisions were made as far as what to keep and what to get rid of would’ve been really great. It’s nice to see the clean. But how to go about doing it is very important for those of us who have a difficult time.
