I haven’t worn them enough to have a crease appear, but generally using a wet towel and an iron on low heat does the trick.

Suede

So the upper material is actually suede, you will need a suede cleaner kit. If you wet the material, discoloring will likely occur, once that happens there isn’t much you can do

Me to I found the same Jordan’s 4s in my schools lost and found box they are kinda beat but still in good condition

Once the color fades on suede, it’s very hard to get it back. You may have to take it to a professional to see if they can bring it back for you.
