Hang in there girl, cooler temperatures are coming! Remember, heat and humidity can really drain you of energy and make you want to sleep all day. I think 25-30 minutes is plenty in these hot temperatures. ❤

You got this girl x im always tired too, I do work full time though with 2 kids and I'm the one that keeps the house in order. I don't set timers I just get on with stuff and have breaks in between. Try putting music on that keeps me motivated.

Not sure if it will help, but I changed my laundry routine up a few years ago and it has helped a lot!!! I try to put a load in first thing in the morning and one at night before I go to bed, if I get more done during the day that's awesome, too, but this way, I at least get two loads washed and dried everyday. The other thing I do, is each person has their own dirty hamper and just their clothes goes into it, and we have one hamper that's for towels, wash clothes, misc. That way, I do all of one person clothes at a time, so I don't have to worry about if they have enough clothes washed for the week. And I don't sort anything, unless it is delicate and has to be washed alone or hung to dry, then I will do a special load just for those items. The being tired, did you ever get your tooth looked at? It could be infected and that can make you tired, so can depression, anxiety and stress. You might also be low on vitamins, do you take a daily vitamin?

You are amazing! You are not alone when you talk about feeling tired. Get a check-up if it continues, though. Moms seem to put everyone else first and themselves last. I don't know where you live, but if I lived closer to you, I would come and help you. That's what a few Moms did when my kids were in school. Each week we would go to one Mom's home and help them clean, organize, help with moving items that needed more than one person, etc. Maybe you could find some Moms in your area and try this. It does several things. 1. It helps to have a buddy to work with - time goes faster when you have someone to talk to and hopefully laugh with. Having adult conversations is so important for all of us. 2. You can get more accomplished and it makes both of you feel good and lifts your spirits. You can scratch more things off your "To Do" list too., 3. You might feel you have more energy which helps you and your family. Bright Blessings!

Please go and have your blood tested. In the meantime, Can you get some supplements? Vitamin B complex + magnesium + omega 3 and iron. it will help with depression and anxiety as well. Magnesium helps with sleep, and B vitamines help the nervous system. Is it your food though... r u having eggs milk liver and pulses. Just an idea.

They make privacy stickers covers for the windows. I have them on my bathroom windows. It doesn't look like the window is a huge source of light, so maybe even those sticky countertop rolls. I don't even know if this makes sense.

Every bit helps. Zoey looks like angel in her dress. Break time is coming soon Mama when the kids get back to school. A blood test will see if your iron is low that can make people tired. Try to get to bed earlier for a few nights if you can with kids its hard to get good sleep so my daughter goes to be an hour or 2 early knowing they will wake up in the night or get up at 4:00 am lol

Deborah the heat doesn’t help for your lack of energy and probably that. But for me seven years ago I went through a spell of no energy I struggled to even get to the top of our stairs at home, at work because I’m in charge I chose not to do heavy work. I was back and forth to the doctors and one day a young doctor asked if I’d ever had an ecg which I never had. Well on the first one I’d ever had it showed up my heart rate was slow, it turned out I had second degree heartblock , I ended up with a pacemaker within 3 weeks. Don’t be afraid of the idea thousands have them fitted everyday. I don’t even think about mine now. I have energy again. Please don’t let me panic you it’s just you said all your blood work has been fine and you’re young and eat well, it takes minutes to do an ecg, I spoke to another lady that had her pacemaker fitted the same day as me and she said it took several ecgs to detect her heartblock. Honestly it’s not as scary as it sounds and just a thought with you being unusually tired. But let’s hope it’s just the heat 🥰. Jen x
