MERCI BEAUCOUP pour ce lien RU-vid. Grace à vous j'ai pu nettoyer mon imprimante que je m’apprêtais à jeter. J'ai utilisé des lingettes bébé humides (baby wet wipes) tout simplement. Une dizaine en tout, en plusieurs passages. Le résultat est nickel. J'avais acheté auparavant le fameux "kit de nettoyage" en mousse HP (très cher) et j'avais réussi à améliorer un peu seulement la situation en humidifiant la mousse et en faisant plusieurs passages. Mais là avec cette vidéo j'ai pu accéder directement aux têtes d'impression et nettoyer l'encre qui avait séché dessus. PS : j'avais acheté des cartouches compatibles mais pas de la marque HP. C'est peut-être la raison du séchage. Attention à ne pas appuyer trop fort sur les têtes d'impression car c'est fragile. Et utiliser des lingettes "non peluchantes" (PAS du papier essuie-tout). I have a Pagewide Pro 477FWD that's not putting down any black, and I have new 973x Black installed, but ti didn't solve the problem. This is my second 477FWD to do this for me, and despite me loving the printer, this is not acceptable. Do you think that this cleaing will solve the problem with black? I don't have any striiking in mine, so the bottom part seems to be ok. Thanks!
Would you have any tips on cleaning the "receiving side" of the mechanism? I am getting zero magenta on the report, which is telling me that it is the nozzle that sucks ink out of the magenta cartridge is actually plugged. Upon removing the ink cartridge and inspecting the nozzle I can clearly see magenta ink all over and around the nozzle, as if the ink couldn't go through the nozzle and just got spit outside. Any tips would be greatly appreciated. The printer service says to go buy a new printer :(
