Amazing how this kind of printing still works as well as modern technology

Wow! Fascinating stuff! I'm 75 and started doing Linocuts some months ago. The Museum's videos have illustrated the importance of discipline regarding printing Linocuts, I think. One has learnt to appreciate things that would typically be discarded by most people, such as blackened rags and old newspapers! Thank you for this enriching series! That is amazingly that the machine gets back to silver! Looks like harder to clean the 1sr couple of times 😮😮

What is the solution used to clean comprised of?

I have a genuine question can you use that ink after you scrape it and reuse it instead of putting it on paper or is it just for one time use only

Seriously, if I had taken that long to wash up at the end of a job, my boss would have had me out the door... I found it was much quicker to pull the rollers out and wash them by hand (wearing gloves, of course), and then wash the slab by hand. That's why I liked days where I didn't have too many colour changes, because it meant I could do more of what I really enjoyed, which was the actual printing.
