Hi Kim - high school teacher here! I'm speaking on behalf the majority, I'm sure, when I say that we appreciate every gift from our students and their families. Homemade gifts and treats are so wonderful because oftentimes we're marking and prepping at home so much that we don't have the extra time to bake for ourselves and our families. And it's not like gifts are a part of our work contracts anyway LOL so receiving any sort of recognition from parents is such a treat! That teacher was probably disgruntled and old HAHA! If it feels more meaningful (and I'm sure a heck of a lot cheaper) to bake cookies than to give gift cards, don't let that comment hinder you :) Cheers from Canada

When I started doing things that made the kids happy I became happier and then I got on them if they weren’t making me happy. & surprisingly they are communicating with me really well and they know how to help me be happy 😃

Funny we’ve been going to a time share every year that Alex’s grandparents own- the one we’re looking at is in the same building. We spent nearly 2k for a two day getaway for just Alex and I. The time share would save us so much money and we get a whole week for the family.

Yeah it’s impossible to get rid of them when you want to be done. Maintenance fees start off fairly reasonable (I’m assuming) then go up up up. From what my mom said (who owns two slots in a timeshare) it follows the estate after death as well- which is ridiculous.

Yessss we are not alone!! Lol I hear people with clean houses answer the question all the time “how do you keep your house clean” the answer is… they’re always cleaning. Ten minutes here ten minutes there but it’s all day long lol for me when I let my house go for a couple of days it is definitely noticeable!

I so want one of the cross waves. I don't have a roomy house but I still think it would help me get so much more done. I mostly have carpeting and wish I didn't, but the floors get so cold here in the winter. I love watching you clean and talk about all your family. Getting to the beach sounds wonderful too. Kim! I totally appreciate the chaos. It gives me hope that when I see you clean chaos and then it's tidy, that my chaos can also look tidy, it just takes time. So many show the after shots or not as messy shots, that it feels unattainable. Your cleaning videos are my fav.

Kim I watch you all the time, but I usually keep my comments to myself….However this time I really wanted to know why Alex doesn’t help more with the kids messes.? I know you’ve mentioned he does help a lot, but it seems every time your on he is out with friends or the kids friends doing things. Helping with the kids is great…but you are pregnant plus you were sick last week. I myself have 5 children 1 daughter and 4 boys. They are all grown now and I know that kids like to be rug rats, please tell me how you have so much energy to clean that large house? I have a little tip that may help, with my kids I made a weekly chore wheel for them even for my 3 year old at the time. He would gather the small trash bins and bring it to the garage. Others would vacuum , dust, bring laundry out to the laundry room etc. it really helps them with responsibility when they are older.

When my kids were young and having parties, I’d make up the ‘going home’ bags but I’d always keep some whistles handy for the kids who had misbehaved or were disrespectful and slip a whistle in their bag to drive their parents nuts! It works!

Personally I would not do a timeshare. My parents had one and the fees go up on it every year. Plus you may want to go somewhere else some year but you’re locked in. Definitely not for me

JUST SAY NO to the timeshare!!! You can't ever get out of it, it's not as easy as they say for availability, and the fees go up every year. It's awful. They're awful. It sounds nice but NO!!!

Do a laundry folding night once or twice a week get a bunch of hangers and your family could have it done in a jiffy. Your going to need more help as you grow that baby. Watch a family show and see if you can get it done before the show goes off.

I love the feel of a clean house! It is one of the reasons that I enjoy cleaning! I do it now to make extra income, but it is so tangible! when you were talking about memes, I had a cartoon on my fridge for the longest time, It was of a mother and her child and the kid says: how come when you are tired I have to take a nap! I loved it and it was so true! and I also agree that a messy house is a lived in one! I would have loved to have a perfect home, and would still love to have a perfectly clean home, but....it is clean in parts mostly! thanks for sharing! xoxo

I love your attitude about life..and u don’t stress over crap that needs to get done..because u eventually get it done..u make me feel good about the crap I need to get done..I have things in totes sitting in my dining room that needs to go out to my she shed,but I have to paint first..it use to b embarrassing but u make me see it’s not enough to worry about..it’ll get done haha I loove your closet!!..we almost bought into a time share one yr..but with Covid now ect and if I put back that amount I’d be paying into the time share monthly,I could take a nice vacation or two with that amount anyway..I’d buy a big camper myself..

My daughter is obsessed with "knock off Teva" Walmart brand has like 5 pair and got some at Marshall's...she did find a pair at Goodwill though👏.......ever since we saw ur name video we're hoping for a boy so we can hear u say baby Wolfgang 🥰🙏LOVED IT SO MUCH...Sawyer was nice too....GLAD U FEEL BETTER, ur teacher gifts are always nice!

You should try the Organised Mom method of cleaning she has a website of downloadable sheets of routines and how to clean you home in 30 minute lots. Also the Fly Lady has a routine as well that you may want to look into.

How do you always know what to post omg. When im feeling hungry you post amazing food videos but then when im feeling sick or like not in the mood to watch a food video you always seem to post a non food related video its amazing . I look at the mess of toys on the floor and for the life of me, I do not understand why you don’t teach the kids to pick up after themselves! Call me a bit old fashioned (75) but I just don’t understand!

My co-worker used to work at a timeshare place, she says DO NOT, its a scam. The trouble it causes for family after...no cancelling, selling, fees yhey dont want, etc. Make sure to read all thr print

I like the KidSafe brand essential oil roller balls. I use the Nighty Night one on my daughter, and it really helps her calm down before bed. It may just be a Pavlovian response to the smell, but I’ll take it.

Omg do not do a timeshare,we had 1 and it was a disaster,the maintenance dues are horrible,and you can never get rid of it....save your money,stay in a nice beachfront hotel and call it a day
