I personally appreciate the times you break in to talk about the job. If you keep the info concise I don’t see how anyone could complain. You’ll never please everyone. It’s your channel so do what feels right to you. Just my opinion. Great work as always. This patio will need a lot of love but it’ll be a lot easier now that you’ve cleaned it all up.

I always love seeing when the customers give you a cup of tea, and this time a sandwich, it's such a little thing but I see it as a genuine sign of appreciation.
That's just natural generosity from the customer to their employee. It's only as it should be. You offer them something to drink maybe later a sandwich or snack. We've moved more times than I can count and after it was all over the food and drinks were on the house as a sign of appreciation.
I always offer a Cup of tea, or coffee, or a squash when its baking hot, surely that is common courtesy, but unfortunately, not a lot of people are that courteous, its like the ones who dont tip a takeaway delivery driver, i always do, they work well into the night, when its cold damp and wet, and a 50p or a quid, really can brighten up there damp evning
You can't please everyone friend so don't worry about those complainers!! Just keep doing what your doing and grow your business as best you can! Love your videos
Since I'm watching your vids I've cleaned the outside of the house, the driveway, the path all around the house with the pressure wasch. Every stone I could find is clean and shiny. Even the outside furniture is as new again. It drives my husband totally crazy 😂😂.

For what it is, a guy cleaning using a pressure washer, looked like a cool video to me. +1. Why the cat had to pressure cleaned I do not know but if that was in the contract...hey... you have to do what the client pays you to do.

One of the pleasures of watching your videos is listening to you talk - you are so knowledgeable and articulate. Some people get their jollies from bringing other people down, which is more about them than the people they are criticising. Constructive criticism is one thing, but being unpleasant for no reason is unnecessary.
Things I love about this channel. 1. The intro where he explains (don't listen to the negative people, they can skip it if they don't like it) 2. Switching between music and pressure washing sounds. 3. When the music and pressure washing sounds are audible at the same time. 4. The use of "clickbait" titles, but the video is chill and calm. 5. You do not talk too much. Some people just want to see the power washing, and that's fine, they can fast forward the talking bits. I appreciate your engagement with us and explaining the how and whys of what you do.

I don't think you talk to much at all in your videos. Your personality is what makes them. You give us a telling of your experience on every job you film. That is like a report for people who want to do this for a living and you tell them how hard or easy the job was. If you only filmed the job how would we know how your experience was. TBH, there's a pressure washing game that I can't play (because it's only computer and my computer can't), and watching people play it made me want the Real Thing, and that led me here, and you have such wonderful calm cleaning videos that I subscribed, and am so super glad I did. We got two sphynx kittens 6 months ago. They are expensive, eat a LOT and are not at all low maintenance. It's like having two toddlers! But they are fantastic 😻 I love having company whatever I do in the house.

I'd never have guessed that there were that many colourful bits and pieces beneath all the dirt :) Plus, I really want that cute little path now. I have a Bambino variety and I got to say they're one of the most curious, playful, and vocal breed of cats out there.
