Hello friends! Today's video is a little different, we are cleaning through anxiety. Along with a ton of cleaning motivation I wanted to share a little of my life and talk about my anxiety and things that have happened to me this week. I find cleaning to be very therapeutic and I wanted to let you know that you are not alone if you deal with anxiety as well. I hope you enjoy today's video and that you get something from it as well! Anxiety is the worst! I have suffered for many years. I finally went to the doctor who put me on medication. It made the biggest difference for me. I love your videos!

Hi Mandy, you brought tears to my eyes today, I also suffer from anxiety and also depression; try to keep positive and focus on all the great things especially how lucky you have to have the family and friends you have in your life. when things are bad for me this is what I try to do. No, you are not crazy, my worst fear was someone killing me in the most painful way. Really enjoy your youtube channel and the content you give. I will keep my fingers crossed for you and wish you nothing but good luck in your employment journey. I love your dog he is so cute, especially when he tries to help with the dishes. Try to stay positive, it can only get better from here.

I pretty much worry all day every day. I have a variety of topics that my brain switches around to think about and I rarely feel completely "free." Traveling is almost impossible right now because of my fears and I feel like a bad mom for it. Every normal family takes overnight vacations- I think? It's so hard and unless people have hard core anxiety, they will never understand. Decorating my home helps me to de -stress. Anyway, thanks for sharing your heart. It's nice to know I'm not alone. ❤️❤️ You're doing the right thing for your family :) My mom and siblings will get an Airbnb and drive to whatever destination. I stay at home due to not trusting other people's germs, and that's even before we factor in the virus!!! I don't want to finally go on a plane trip and get a nasty cold lol

I am so sorry to hear what you are going through. Saying a prayer for you to find another job and get though this quickly. It's sounds like you have a great support system but it's still hard, I did some cleaning today and had a few areas that looked exactly like the top of your. mirror, lol.

I too have anxiety. After many years of trials and failures we’ve finally found one med that works so well. Retiring this year has helped me so much. A support system that’s non judge mental means EVERYTHING. This is a serious issue that you can’t just turn off. It hits out of nowhere sometimes. I have amazing kids and a grandson who brings me unending joy. Hang in there sweet girl. There are better days ahead. You have experience in your field and you have a gift here in this niche. You’re gonna be fine.

You're a good weird . And irrational fears is a big part of anxiety. I suffer from O.C.D which is an anxiety disorder so l feel you. Sorry about the job but I love your attitude all will be fine . 🙏🙏🙏🙏

Hey babe! Here watching! I love that you have opened up about your Anxiety. It can be life sucking mixed with depression just absolutely debilitating! You know I am all about normalizing mental illness over on my channel and if you ever need a support system to share your heart our community over there is amazing and supportive to all! WOW what a great video! I am sorry you have to go through this and brought back memories of when I lost my job. I received word that morning, and that is bad enough but received a call that afternoon my mom took a turn for the worst. I am one of seven kids, and that evening they gave my mom last rights. I was the one that was able to stay with my mom night and day, and i would not have changed it for the world. I felt like I was the lucky one because I got all that extra time with her that I will NEVER regret. I was able to find another job and it is by far so much better. I am a firm believer that everything happens for a reason and you can't see it now BUT trust me, you will see it later. As you said, there is something out there made for you and I will pray you are able to find it! Continue your wonderful videos since I get so much out of them - I suffer from depression and my husband from Anxiety so we help one another. Best of luck and keep your chin up since YOU GOT THIS GIRL!!! All the best to you and you are a BLESSING!

I'll get nightmares about tornadoes every once in a while, and omg..there was this one time in 2012 that had two smaller tornadoes down the street from me 😬

I’m so sorry this is happening to you!! Just know God as a plan and I’m just praying you through this trying time! And I completely understand- when I’m stressed and overwhelmed, cleaning helps clear my head and work things out. It’s honestly a stress reliever!!

You're so right that something bigger and better is going to come around for you. Ruben is so sweet to support you through all of this as well. We are so happy to be a part of your RU-vid family and can't wait to see what comes from this for you...you're bound to overcome this ! Cleaning us a really good stress relief ! Bohdi so such a sweetheart and is supporting his momma too! You're definitely not the only one that has irrational fears or thoughts..most if us do...we get super scared driving in the rain, too.

Hey, chic, I'm so sorry about your job!!! I struggle with depression, anxiety and PTSD. I'm in therapy and under the care of a psychiatrist. When I'm in a deep depression or a full blown anxiety attack, I will try to pray it away, crochet, or sew something. Cleaning videos and ASMR videos help too! Thanks for all you do!!!!!

Sorry about your FT job but yes there is a plan for you! Maybe RU-vid full time ☺ so i can watch more of your vids. And yes you are not alone. I have Aniexty too and exp depression. Worrying and over thinking is the worst 😕 cleaning helps me too. And that is so true about mad cleaning i find myself doing that haha. Stay strong and positive ! 💕

Hi I too have anxiety and deal with fear but something I know for sure that helps me is remembering that fear is not of God! In the Bible Jesus talks about Fear over 365 times! You know why so many? He knew a lot of us would struggle with it! I have two boys as well 21 and 24 and when my mind gets crazy I remember Jesus loves them even more than I do! And I know this is all easier said than done but if you worry about something that might happen and it never does (and most likely won’t) you have wasted all that energy on nothing! Hang in there!

Keeping you in my prayers. When God closes one door, he always opens another, but in his timing. I understand about anxiety and depression. It runs in my family. My grandma was placed in a mental institution at the young age of 27, so I worry about myself, but also my young daughters who are raising children. Prayers are the greatest tool to fighting fear!!! There’s a new season heading your way, get ready!!!! ❤️

I feel you about the rain , my Anxiety gets really bad when I am driving and it is raining my mind starts going 100mph and you right about cleaning calms anxiety down cause it does for me when I feel my anxiety coming on I start cleaning and keeping busy my family tells me I am OCD like I tell them he calms my anxiety down.

Congratulations on your engagement! That will keep you busy getting ready for that. I have had panic attacks for a long time. I've found out that most of the family has them. When I found out my Son does I've tried helping him. Just needs to get his mind on other things that make him happy.
