Thank you for explaining the polyethylene! I’ve seen reviews complaining about that but I had a sneaking suspicion it wasn’t as bad as all that! Also, I just purchased the Farmacy Sweet Apple Cleansing Balm 😍🥰💗

To be fair, you are still rinsing plastic into our water systems. It's still not great.

@@helenatube agree, plus plastic is toxic for oestrogen balance in women, couldn’t find info about the packaging of this product as a lot products seem to use plastic for packaging and claim they are natural

I enjoy the Farmacy cleansing balm but prefer the Banila Co Clean it Zero cleansing balm due to how much more affordable it is. I find the texture to be comparable to the Farmacy cleansing balm, and I find it to be equally effective. It definitely isn't fragrance free though.

Pepper is adorable! 😍 I am currently using the Clinique Take the day off Cleansing Balm- it emulsifies so nicely and comes off pretty quickly. It's my first cleansing balm and I'm considering purchasing the Banilla Co. Clean It Zero or the Heimish Cleansing Balm when I run out of Clinique. Would love a comparison video between the 3😁 (Farmacy brand isn't available in my country) You look gorgeous! Have an awesome week.

I had the EXACT same experience as you did with the Glow Recipe balm...it was so lovely while dry and then once I added water it created a thick film on the skin that was soooo hard to rinse off cleanly! And yes the Farmacy one is 👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼👍🏼 amazing!

Phew I’m glad I’m not the only one. The glow recipe cleansing balm also left so much residue in my eyebrows 😭

The best way I found to get around this is when you massage it in dry, and go to wet your hands to add water- RINSE your hands completely of the balm, and then go in with your balm free wet hands to emulsify. Completely avoids that ‘gluggy’ effect and emulsifies immediately 😊

Thank you for addressing the polyethylene in the farmacy product! I love that product and I stopped using it because I couldn’t get a clear answer about the polyethylene and how it’s used in the product and it’s effects if any on the environment.

Wow u don’t understand how accurate this video is.. the only 3 cleansing balls I’ve tried are these 3.. 1) Clinique is boring, also to me it was a little thick and left a film 2) glow recipe smelt great but didn’t emulsify 3) Farmacy smelt great and emulsified amazing!!!! I 100% agree with what u said, and I too love the glow recipe pha/bha.. I can’t think of anymore cleaning balms for u to try cuz that’s all I’ve tried!!! Maybe do this type of series with other products too, such as moisturizer. I would love to see the farmacy green moisturizer go up against others, cuz I like that one too and I’m so shocked the amount of citrus essential oil doesn’t bother my skin in that one .. like how

The neutrogena cleansing balm is fragrance free, as is the Stella and Grace cleansing balm. For more affordable alternatives to the clinique take the day off.

Your skin is Beautiful ❤️ I just bought the Papaya after using the sample, smells like my Strawberry Shortcake doll from childhood! Lol I get what you mean by it being hard to get off, though. I use a wet microfiber towel to remove it instead of splashing forever, works great! I also got a cheapo exfoliating facial brush off eBay, $5 bucks, battery operated & has 5 attachments, I'm excited to see if it helps, too! Thanks for your review & thoughtful insights! 💖 Glad I found your channel.

I'm on my third tub of the Farmacy balm ! Whilst I am curious about the Clinique one, my skin is super sensitive at the moment so I don't want to risk introducing new products yet. I am curious about the Inkey List Oat Balm and the Korean ones (the Banila Co and Heimish).

I have only used the Clinique cleansing balm and it’s amazing. I have really sensitive skin and have gone through like 4 containers of them so far. I’m going to be trying the farmacy cherry balm or the papaya enzyme one next to try something new!

Thank you so much for the Clinique recommendation! I really don't want to even attempt to incorporate fragrance into my routine because if it doesn't work out and I break out, I will literally never hear the end of it from my mother, so I'll definitely be checking out the Clinique one some time! Now to just find a good fragrance free/essential oil free gel-moisturizer texture non USA chemical sunscreen...haha

I have the Clinique cleansing bomb too and I love it soo much! It’s $30 but worth every penny! Little goes a long way and sooooo gentle on your face! Such an effortless bomb!! ☺️💗💗

We think Pepper is a Pomeranian poodle mix! He and his brother were rescues from a shelter, but I actually got a doggie DNA kit so I’ll find out for sure soon!

I think it’s a textural preference to choose a micellar water over a cleansing balm! Cleansing balms tend to be better for heavy duty makeup tho just from my experience. Plus there’s no tugging at your skin since cleansing balms glide on your skin to melt down. Versus a micellar water needs a cotton pad

You only mentioned the fragrance of these once and didn’t explain what they all smell like, like if the papaya smells like papaya. You say some of them smell nice but of what? Some people are really sensitive to scents like me.
