thank you so so much for doing this i was honestly about to give up on everything today after being stuck in such a negative and toxic mindset for years struggling with a nasty eating disorder, depression, and anxiety. i usually have trouble expressing my feelings and letting them out but something came over me tonight and i just started crying my eyes out thinking about the people i love and the future i want for myself and im just 16 but maybe even my future kids and family... this was in my recommended earlier and i felt so called to listen to it but for some reason i decided to leave it for later and its everything i needed to hear right at this moment. i feel so calm, in peace and empowered right now i found myself calming down throughout the video and even let out a few tears of joy. heck, everything from the crying to the being unintentionally hurt by everyone and the manifestations...you mentioned everything i’ve been going through and it feels like confirmation from the universe that it is time for me to let go of everything holding me back from my ability to finally flourish into the person im meant to become... i could never thank you enough for this !!!
