Jeffrey Allen’s technique revolves around geometric visualization. By visualizing a 6-sided octahedron around you, you can manage mental complexity by moving energy and intention to one of these 6 points.
Once you have “de-cluttered” your central space, you can choose to access an energy or intention by simply visualizing moving into the point on the oxyhedron on which that intention is stored.
For example, if you are excited about an upcoming project but that excitement is a hindrance to your present focus, you can move your excitement into the space in front of you. Once you want to access that excitement, you can visualize yourself stepping into that point in front of you where your excitement is stored.
