Your chakra 's video is different in the manner of having uses of our five senses , like- Eyes= colours, clothes , sun gazing. Nose= essential oils & fragrances Ear= listen mantra, sounds of water Tongue= fruits & vegetables , chanting mantra , affirmations Touch= yog mudras, asanas ,touch the grass. Most of the important thing is you connect ourselves with nature, higher releams 👌
