Well i came to solve my problem here and before following ur instructions, i read one of the msgs that said problem solved by pressing the input button(lowest button) on the back of the tv for 10 secs...did the same and it worked perfectly.. Problem solved 😊

This is helping for few mins but again after some time same issue reoccoured. Factory reset done so many time but still problem exists.

Having followed his instructions, home button which was ok, now has stopped working. Technical advisor must improve his own knowledge first. Inke karan TV aur khraab ho gaya. Home button ne kaam karna band kar diya.
